so much for engineering

it's funny when you wake up in the morning knowing that you don't have anything to do for the day.

actually, I can do something of the day. I'm just procrastinating.
bad... really bad. even up to now, I haven't really made any bold move to study for my test tomorrow. maybe after this blog entry... or maybe not. and I left my notes in the Lab [too bad]. in addition to that, the cable TV shows are good. and if it's not, I pick up my reading on Coraline...

half of my day, I'm thinking of leaving home for school, but it didn't happen.
all the people here left and I had no choice but to stay and watch for our family business.

so about that,

as an emergency, my brother fix the list of spices I have to prepare for today's ham production. I mix two different kinds of salt and msg in one bag, prepared "P-31" in another, sodium-E in another, "smoke" flavoring, then sugar and trigel on the last one.

it's like a chemistry lab prep before the actual burning and testing part...
but come to think of it, going through the whole ham cooking process is something like that. I think I get use to it... learn something about the production details of our business and maybe someday, take over it...
