July 27, 2005 Wednesday: Amplify! 1st AECES GA


it was a sigh of relief that it's over! but on the otherhand, it was a pain in a brain knowing that we actually ran out of time just of GD's of the newly formed houses... but the general feedback is ok.

it's my dream to see people of different batches of ece to actually mingle and befriend one another... well, if you know the ece culture of cliquish batches, you'll know haha.

it's just sad though that a president of the organization cannot win in their raffles! hahaha! twice, I saw my name winning P100 gift cheques for national bookstore... but no... I have to give it up, or else, there will be mobs of ece people shouting "luto-luto-LUTO!!!" hahahaha!

anyway, it took 2 days to really calm me down from the adrenaline rush of it all.
it's fun!

how nerdy of me to write about this. haha
just want to share how weird the feeling is, having a multiple-choice test in a problem solving class... hahaha!

I don't know how I did in the test, but I had fun answering it.
by the way, it's my "elective" hahaha! "circuits 2"

a NLG night is a good way to cap the night...


July 30-31, 2005 Saturday to Sunday: Bowling, Bonding and Breakfast (BBB)

after a really relaxing prayer session and inspiring mass from Fr. Dan Macnamara during our last InTACT faci training, ate Kams and I got some burgers and a meal and took it with us to Megamall for a bowling session.

unfortunately, almost everyone I texted can't make it.
Migs will man their store
Ate Sally said it's already late
Mackie is busy
Lui is home in the province
Cla, I know has other plans... (hmm... chimis)
Adnan has review class
for the others, since it's short notice for them, I didn't really expect much that they will come, though I would love it if they did

anyway, after a free meal from InTACT, Ava, ate Kams and I went to play two games of bowling... I'm a loser! hahaha! until I got a hang of it in the second game.
2nd game score: 123... it's not that high, but it's ok anyway...

then we did the usual NLG Megamall bonding, chatting over a glass of coffee at Seattle's Best... until way pass closing time!
that night, 3:30am.

Then we realized it's Iggy Rollz' birthday, so I sent a SMS greeting him, then he replied asking where we are. we fished for free breakfast, and it actually worked! haha! Something Fishy Breakfast Buffet Eat All You Can promo!!! coolness!!!

Guys in the place had another kind of treat... hahaha!

It's a memorable dusk-til-dawn gimmick
got home at around 7am, and slept until 5pm.


August 1, 2005 Monday: "Makati girls" Lunch Out

this is a plan of ate Kams, which she didn't planned well... so, I just took the initiative to make it happen. It's not suppose to be an all girl thing... if I stick to my plan that time, it could have been. haha!

I'm thinking of organizing the event, and when everyone is there, I'll be the only one who won't make it because I have to go to my Gabay area activity. Well, I almost didn't make it, but I could not bear thinking about them so I went there anyway.

It's a new experience... lunching with yuppies and office people. something I feel I won't really do because it seems my career path lie somewhere else, somewhere close to home (if you know what I mean)

after that, I still got to my kids in proj3 elem. school to teach them logic, particularly number patterns. I missed Niko's mcdo birthday bash though... but being with them is already fun...
